For the 2nd issue of EYEYAH, a magazine for kids and kidults, we were asked to contribute to the theme 'FOOD'. We thought of creating this candy castle made out of ghastly horrors to show kids the dangers of taking too much sugar.
This was a collaboration between Ivan Despi of Acid House and his then 5-year old kid Grey, who drew the designs for the monsters inside the candy castle.
The artwork was considered as the magazines front cover, and with this, we were also requested to create a 'happy' version of the castle, to be printed as a back-to-back pull-out poster for the magazine insert.
Thanks again to Eyeyah for this wonderful opportunity!
