Macy's New York has this annual tradition of putting up a jaw-dropping fireworks spectacle every 4th of July. This event has become the largest Independence Day pyrotechnics display in America.
We're so glad to have the opportunity to design the poster & key visual for this event. Muchos gracias to Heidi & Ryan of Spinning Yarn for the gig, and also to Gregory and the rest of the crew at Macy's.
To create something special for this year, we created an looping, animated version of the poster, in order to showcase the fireworks-inspired layout of the visuals. We were also asked to create a 16:9 version of the KV so that Macy's can show it through their outdoor LED screens.
